Young Devon Butler is obsessed with being a cop. Whether he's memorizing lingo from Miami Vice or tailing "suspects" on the playground, this kid know all the moves. And when Devon witnesses a murder, he's eager to share what he knows with the police--for a price. In exchange, Devon demands to be made a cop--complete with badge, handcuffs and cool shades.
